AMOpportunities today announced the expansion of its Senior Advisory Board with the additions of Mark E. Archambault DHS, PA-C, DFAAPA and Kristi L. Reguin-Hartman DNP, APRN, ACNS-BC.

Mark will serve as AMO’s new Senior Strategic Advisor for Physician Assistant education, while Kristi joins as AMO’s Senior Strategic Advisor for Nursing education.

“The experience and insight Mark and Kristi each bring from their respective fields will be highly valuable for supporting our current and future PA and nursing school partners,” says Kyle Swinsky, CEO, AMOpportunities. “We're excited to work together to ensure partners have access to the training sites they need and the support to recruit and develop new sites.”

Mark is a veteran of the PA world, bringing nearly a quarter-century of experience at both public and private institutions. He started his consulting work in 2013, during which he has supported more than 30 PA schools with their development and accreditation needs.

Kristi is a Clinical Transformation Manager for Philips Healthcare and a Clinical Instructor with East Carolina University. Her experience in nursing includes clinical nursing, education, and product development. Since 2018, Kristi has volunteered as the National Director for the Academy of Medical Surgical Nurses.

Earlier this year, AMO announced the addition of Dr. Kevin Klauer, DO, EJD. Klauer, who serves a similar role to Mark and Kristi for AMO’s DO partners is the former CEO of the American Osteopathic Association and current CMO at HCA Florida Ocala and West Marion Hospitals. Klauer has already made an impact supporting AMO with scaling both university and clinical partnerships.

Already, Mark and Kristi have met with members of AMO’s leadership team to develop a shared vision and strategy for developing PA and nursing clinical education.

“We’ve seen the impact our team has had supporting programs with their accreditation and training needs," added Swinsky. “Mark and Kristi will be critical in expanding that support.”
